Emília Pedro and Fernanda Jorge revisit childhood memories to identify over 70 land parcels inherited from their father. As physical traces disappear, memory and oral tradition become the only way to “see” what no longer exists. The film explores land through recollection, revealing boundaries, uses, and meanings that have faded over time. These lands survive as memory, carried by the sisters’ voices. Filmed spontaneously, it captures moments of search and discovery, showing how reality can persist only through memory.
