Submissions for the 19th edition of the Santarém International Film Festival (FICS) are now closed.
Over the past months we received 276 films from 47 countries, a clear sign of the festival’s growing international reach and of the trust the filmmaking community places in FICS.
To all the creators and storytellers who chose Santarém to present their work: thank you!
The selection process now begins and will determine the films that will be part of the 2026 programme, taking place 25–31 May, in Santarém.
